My Story
Hello, I’m Hanna Niamilentsava!
I’ve been a nutrition coach for over five years, dedicated to helping people lead healthier and happier lives. My journey began with a focus on families, particularly supporting parents in fostering healthy eating habits for their children from an early age.
Over the years, I’ve authored several cookbooks, designed workbooks for children, and led workshops—all centered around healthy eating and balanced lifestyles.
After moving to the Netherlands, I noticed a significant gap between the Dutch dietary approach, rooted in local bread culture, and the diverse nutritional needs of expats from around the globe. I realized the importance of bridging this gap.
I understand how deeply personal food culture is and believe that it should be respected and integrated into your nutrition journey. With the right guidance, it’s possible to build a healthy, balanced diet on the foundation of any cultural cuisine.
Having relocated multiple times with my family, I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain good nutrition during transitions. I also know how to rebuild healthy habits sustainably, using the resources available in a new environment.
Combining my personal experience and professional expertise, I created the NutriHanna project—a science-based nutrition coaching service tailored specifically for expats in the Netherlands and beyond.
"My mission is to empower expats in the Netherlands to live healthier, more fulfilling lives through personalized nutrition coaching and evidence-based wellness guidance. I am committed to helping individuals achieve better results in life by fostering healthy living habits, both in body and mind.”
Let’s work together to make your nutrition journey effective, culturally mindful, and sustainable!
